U.S. Navy CH-46D Sea Knight
The Atlantic Ocean, 19 October 2000 —
A CH-46D Sea Knight from the “Bayraiders” of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Eight (HC-8) delivers a palette of powder charges to the destroyer USS Deyo (DD 989). The Norfolk, Virginia based destroyer is in the Atlantic, participating in a Joint Task Force Exercise (JTFEX) with the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) Battle Group.
