Two U.S. Navy “Seahawk” helicopters

USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) 24 January 2002 — Two U.S. Navy “Seahawk” helicopters, an SH-60F (right) and HH-60H (left) assigned to the "Eightballers" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Eight (HS-8), conduct a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) operation between John C. Stennis and the Military Sealift Command (MSC) oilier, USNS John Lenthall (T-AO 189). John C. Stennis and its embarked Carrier Air Wing Nine (CVW-9) are conducting missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
